Benefits and Coverage
As a consumer, It is extremely important to understand your therapy coverage including
deductible amounts, out of pocket maximums, and visit limitations and accumulations. Please
be aware that while your insurance company may have benefits for therapy services, many
plans have specific restrictions or exclusions that may affect your coverage.
As a courtesy, Little Tesla pediatric Therapy will also verify your benefits prior to your initial evaluation or treatment
session. Please remember that verification of benefits is not a guarantee of insurance coverage
or payment.

may result in claim denials and unforeseen balances.
