Building Connection Through Play

FloorTime Therapy (DIR®/FloorTime)

FloorTime therapy at Little Tesla Pediatric Therapy is a developmental, play-based approach that helps children strengthen social, emotional, and communication skills through meaningful, child-led interaction.

Rather than directing play, the therapist follows the child’s interests and uses those moments to build engagement, shared attention, problem-solving, and flexible thinking. This approach is grounded in the DIR® model and supports the foundation for learning through relationship and connection.
